Services
LUSH CODING provides AI automation, software development, e-commerce, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate statement of work.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, on full payment you own the custom software and deliverables we build for you. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how used to deliver them.
Payment
Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in the applicable statement of work or proposal.
Confidentiality
Engagements are NDA-protected. We keep your confidential information private and use it only to deliver the agreed services.
Warranties & liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. This site’s content is provided “as is” without warranty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
